Can the public book the hall?
Yes, please refer to our rental page for instructions.
Do I require a liquor license?
Yes, If plan on serving liquor whether it be a cash or open bar you are required to have a licence. Licences can be obtained from any liquor store in Grande Prairie (with the exception of Costco)
How do I get event liability insurance?
Party Alcohol Liability Insurance can be purchased online at the following link,

Can we have RV's and Campers there?
Yes, there is lots of room for campers. There are a few external plug ins as well so units can have power.
Is there a fire pit?
Yes, there is a fire pit and picnic tables behind the hall. You will have to provide your own fire wood.
Does the hall provide bartenders?
No, we do not provide bartenders. All aspects of the bar are up to you.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds must be requested by email to [email protected] only. Refunds more than 4 weeks from first day of event will incur a $50 fee deducted from original payment. Refunds less than 4 weeks from the first day of event will incur a $100 fee deducted from original payment.
Note to renter's: Crystal Creek Hall is a Non-Profit volunteer-run organization. Our building is over 80 years old. We do our best to provide a clean, well-maintained facility but we are not a professionally run operation. We do provide a quaint facility suitable for small get togethers at an affordable rate. We hope you enjoy your rental and apologize in advance for any quirks you may encounter.
