Rental Fees


Community members that have logged volunteers hours through work bees, hall maintenance, board commitment or casinos are offered a rental discount on the community hall.

 

A Damage Deposit of $200.00 + a $50 booking fee is payable at the time of booking in order to hold your date on the calendar. Please make cheques payable to the Crystal Creek Recreational Society. This damage deposit is non refundable one month prior to date of rented function, unless another booking occurs. The Damage Deposit will be returned within thirty days of your event, pending guaranteed rental funds and a walk through by our Janitor. The $50.00 booking fee is used to fund our Rentor that is there for all your questions regarding the facility.

 

Evening Rental $450.00  
Weekend Rental $650.00 Key Recieved by 1st day of the weekend. Renter must be out by the evening on the last day. This includes long weekends.
Meeting Rental $50.00/hour  
Day Rate $200.00 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) - No Alcohol Involved
Janitorial Rate $25.00/hour Will be charged by Invoice to the Hall on their walkthrough.

 

 

Rent must be paid two weeks prior to the function date, the key is provided at noon the day before the function. Damage deposit is returned thirty days following guaranteed funds for hall rent have been confirmed and following walk through of janitor following the event. If the Janitor does clean up work, a copy of there Invoice will be attached to the remaining damage deposit.

Smoking is not permitted in the hall, and will forfeit your damage deposit.
